SISTER-TIME
a drabble—100 words—taking place during "Matrimonial"

Wine wasn't her alcoholic beverage of preference; shared with her big sister, it was nice—with her sister-in-law off for the day, so much the better.

Well into a second glass, Lizzie coaxed, "C'mon, Allie—dish."

"Mmmnn," Patty said with a giggle.

"Dish about what?"

"Size 13 shoes," said Lizzie.

"And those big hands–"

"I'm not talking about my sex life!"

"Spoilsport."

"Meanie."

It was a good wine; half a glass later she wasn't feeling as perverse.

Alex gave a cat smile. "Let's just say Bobby's 'little brain' is just as full as his real one."

This time she giggled.
